RACE EC&I teams increase despite Covid

EC&I Team

RACE has been continually growing with the help of recruitment programmes throughout the pandemic, in addition to the sought-after graduate scheme that UKAEA provides. The Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I )teams are no different, having expanded during 2020. The new arrivals complement those who have been with RACE for a number of years and are well established in their field.

EC&I are working on an exciting array of projects, with a focus on ITER. They are led by Kat Rosier who is the Program Lead Electrical Engineer and Lipika Naidu, the Cybernetics Lead. Along with their teams, they are both passionate about working to advance the use of remote handling in fusion technology.
