- Product Innovation – Delivering the world’s largest windowless hot cell for the European Spallation Source (ESS) and supporting ITER with safety system maintenance.
- Economic Growth – Strengthening UK industry through projects such as ESS safety systems and fostering spinouts like NavLive.
- Innovation & Collaboration – Cultivating engineering talent by supporting early career professionals and forming strategic partnerships with universities.
- People & Careers – Inspiring the next generation of robotic engineers through the Robotics and Artificial Collaboration (RAICo) and providing opportunities for STEM professionals to re-enter the workforce.
